Special Notes:
Volleyball camp is for incoming 1st grade - 9th grade. To guarantee a tshirt you must register online by May 20th. You may sign up at the door but we cannot guarantee your child will receive a camp shirt. Please bring a water bottle and wear athletic attire. Knee pads are not required but can be worn. Email Coach McCullough your tshirt size ( YM-A2XL)

It is further understood that FISD does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature during the 2023 Youth Volleyball Camp. The undersigned hereby releases FISD, its successors, assigns, officers, agents and employees, from any injury, growing out of or resulting from participation of the forenamed child in the 2023 Youth Volleyball Camp.
